CONDITIONS OF PARTICIPATION

1. Organizer
The organizer of the prize draw is Magic Bavaria GmbH, Franz-Wüllner-Str. 25, 81247 Munich, Germany.

2. Eligibility
Participation is open to all natural persons aged 18 or older with residence in Germany. Employees of Magic Bavaria GmbH and their family members are excluded from participation.

3. Duration of the Prize Draw
Participation is possible from 17 October 2025. From 17 October 2025 until 31 December 2025, one 50 Euro voucher for a visit to the Magic Bavaria Museum will be raffled each month among all new newsletter subscriptions received during that month.

 

4. How to Participate
Participation takes place by subscribing to the Magic Bavaria newsletter via the provided online form. Multiple entries within the same month are not permitted. Participation is free of charge and independent of any purchase of goods or services.

 

5. Prize, Winner Selection and Notification
Among all valid newsletter subscriptions of each month, one 50 Euro voucher will be raffled. The winner will be selected at random and notified by email. If no response is received within 7 days after notification, Magic Bavaria GmbH reserves the right to draw another winner. The voucher is non-transferable, cannot be combined with other promotions and cannot be paid out in cash.

 

6. Data Protection
The personal data collected as part of the prize draw (email address, and if applicable name) will be used solely for conducting the prize draw and for sending the newsletter. The legal basis for processing is Article 6(1)(a) GDPR (consent). Consent can be withdrawn at any time with effect for the future, for example by unsubscribing from the newsletter. 7. Publication
The winner’s details will only be published with their explicit consent.

8. Liability
Magic Bavaria GmbH is not liable for technical problems, interruptions, or impairments of participation that are beyond its control. Legal recourse is excluded.

9. Early Termination and Changes
Magic Bavaria GmbH reserves the right to terminate, suspend or modify the prize draw at any time for good cause. This includes, in particular, technical reasons or cases of force majeure.

 

10. Final Provisions
German law applies. Should any provision of these terms and conditions be invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected.
