“Upside-Down Photo Promotion” by Magic Bavaria & Radio Gong 96.3

1. Organiser

The organiser of the promotion is Magic Bavaria GmbH, Franz-Wüllner-Str. 25, 81247 Munich, Germany.

2. Eligibility

Participation is open to all natural persons aged 16 and over who are residents of Germany. Employees of Magic Bavaria or Radio Gong, as well as their relatives, are excluded from participation.

3. Promotion Period

The promotion runs from 10 February to 30 June 2026. Entries submitted after this period will not be considered.

4. Conditions of Participation

To participate in the prize draw, the Magic Bavaria Experience Museum in Munich must be visited and a photo must be taken in the Radio Gong Upside-Down Disco.

The photo must be submitted via the upload form provided on the Magic Bavaria campaign website. A valid email address must be provided when uploading the photo.

5. Prize and Winner Selection

One winner will be selected by random draw from all valid entries in early July 2026.

The prize consists of 4 tickets for “Sommernachtstraum 2026” at Olympiapark Munich, provided by Radio Gong 96.3. Cash payment or transfer of the prize is excluded.

The winner will be notified by email.

6. Data Protection

As part of the promotion, we collect:

• your email address (for contacting you in the event of winning)

• the photo you upload

Personal data is processed exclusively for the purpose of conducting the promotion, selecting the winner, and potentially publishing the submitted photo as part of the promotion on Magic Bavaria and Radio Gong channels (e.g. website, social media).

The legal basis for processing is your consent pursuant to Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR.

Consent may be revoked at any time with effect for the future.

Your data will be deleted after completion of the promotion and expiry of statutory retention periods. Data will not be passed on to third parties.

You have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing of your personal data, and the right to withdraw your consent.

7. Exclusion and Early Termination

Magic Bavaria reserves the right to exclude participants from the promotion in the event of violations of these terms and conditions or suspected manipulation.

The promotion may also be terminated or modified prematurely at any time for important reasons (e.g. technical issues, legal changes).
